Digital Grandparent provides personal tech support for seniors, including help with phones, computers, internet, digital safety, and more. We offer both in-home and remote sessions.

2. Using Our Website and Services

  • Provide accurate contact and appointment information

  • Not use our services to harm or harass others

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially if safety, legality, or respectful behavior are a concern.

3. Scheduling and Payment

  • Appointments can be made online or by phone.

  • Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, check, or digital payments (if available).

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

4. Service Limitations

While we do our best to solve your tech issues, we cannot guarantee:

  • That every device or problem can be fixed

  • That all personal data will be recoverable

  • That third-party products or software will work perfectly

We also cannot be held responsible for pre-existing issues, hardware damage, or losses that occur outside of our direct service.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Back up your important data before service (if possible)

  • Inform us of any sensitive or private content on your device

  • Use your own licensed or legal software/products

We treat your information with care, but we cannot control how third-party apps or platforms handle your data.
